I am a co-owner and Director of Program Development at Headwater Foods, where I am responsible for growing and diversifying our revenue streams, as well as maintaining our competitive advantage through product and program innovation. I have more than a decade of experience helping to scale and run startups in the agtech and sustainable food space, both in the US as well as Colombia. I’m at my best when I’m able to split my time between getting my hands dirty and working to define and execute on larger corporate strategies. I’m energized by the ambiguity and risk associated with innovation, and am increasingly fascinated by how we bake innovation into a culture. More than anything I am passionate about people, as big problems require great minds, and the biggest challenge we face in start ups is getting the right people in the right seats.
