I have 7+ years of experience in remuneration survey design, having managed the full portfolio of EY's remuneration surveys for 4+ years. Also have a range of consulting experience including benchmarking, annual remuneration reviews, Executive reviews, market insights papers, customised research projects and much more.I have built multiple survey and consulting offerings from the ground up, and rolled these out to a large variety of clients, both big and small, and across many different industries. Was involved closely in partnering with multiple industry bodies to roll out remuneration surveys for their membership-base.I was involved in the development of EY's online people insights platform (EPIC) and demonstrated capability in many different areas across the life of that project. Have had experience in everything from the high-level design thinking early in the project, right down to user acceptance testing and implementation / go-live of the website.I have trained many graduates and consultants, both locally and overseas. So have exposure to working with employees of a very diverse background and experience level. I am keen to get stuck in the numbers and I maintain a strong focus on data quality. But can also step back and see the bigger picture.I have a strong belief in the capability for good data to support in robust decision-making when it comes to remuneration.
