AnaCredit comprises the collection of credit and credit risk data at single borrower (borrower-by-borrower) and loan (loan-by-loan) level. As far as AnaCredit is concerned, the term "credit" encompasses loans and advances as well as bills of exchange. These are referred to as "credit data" in the following. Credit data are collected separately as credit master data and dynamic credit data. Negotiable securities are not part of AnaCredit but are collected as part of securities holdings statistics.

Monthly column in the newspaper express, which gets published in two different editions. Readers are spread through out the north and the center of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.

The main responsibilities are separated on four different tasks:1. Support of the Key Account Managers for large corporates and export finance transactions:• collection and presentation of required formality documents; performance of due diligence works;• keep client documentation up-to-date;• support in the preparation of credit requests,• negotiation of loan documentation in coordination with the KAM and the Legal Department• credit monitoring;• preparation of credit applications;• deputy function for KAMs2. Sole responsible person for Client Services tasks including:• active and independent handling of all client and transaction related tasks in daily business;• operational tasks in Client Services, such as handling of- drawdown requests,- renewals/repayments of loans,- payments, fees, solving discrepancies;• build-up close cooperation with various internal stakeholders3. Relationship management of small- and medium-sized corporates:• pre-discussions with new potential clients about product offering;• collection and presentation of required formality documents; performance of due diligence works;• onboarding, with full KYC implications, of new clients;• life cycle management, advisory, follow up of the client relationship4. Support and close collaboration with the Team Head on various tasks including:• prepare and discuss with Team Head monthly cost and revenue figures of several cost centres;• prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, lists and updates;• contribute to projects and initiatives within Credit Suisse and Corporates & Institutional Clients.

The central responsibilities include credit management for the segments Corporate, Acquisition and Project Finance on a world wide scale as lender and as agent.Whereat the focus was set on analyzing bilateral and syndicated loans on the premise of relevant credit matters of the department. Other tasks consisted of the creation of reports, correcting data management of credit loans, mentoring of trainees and apprentices and project work.

The main responsibilities included monitoring and processing of daily maturing loans; the processing of new contracts and fees; resolving differences in loans, on a bilateral and a syndicated level. Agent duties also had to be fulfilled on a bilateral and syndicated level: Clarifying the renewal and (re)payment of loans; preparation and delivery of necessary information to deal partners; loan fixing and providing the documentation of the business transactions.

In the Private Banking Service the center of responsibilities included opening and maintaining accounts for individuals and companies (“know your customer”). The main focus of the Treasury Service was the management of the different nostro accounts, in various currencies, of the bank and the data input of deals done in the Treasury department.

As a temporay staff I was charged with two main tasks:1. Preparational tasks for the head official2. Optimization of recurring IT tasks, including the creation, maintenance of a database. Furthermore I trained the staff in the use and maintenance of the DB.
