Revolution Event is a full-service provider & organizer of the Electric Love Festival with tens of thousands of visitors over 3 days in Salzburg and the Shutdown Festival. The 360° service covers all needs of the event promoter: stage design & production, site planning, ticketing & B2C support, marketing, staffing & accreditation, food & beverage, etc. In addition to our own festival, we also advise other organizers with our expertise in event organization.In my role as CFO, I took over the human resources and accounting department with a team of up to 5 FTE. The focus of my work was on improving internal communication and process flows. We have successfully integrated a new HR SaaS hub to centralize all our data and provide fast reports to the management board. In addition, we have significantly increased response time and moved from a responsive to an acting work approach.

In my role as the CEO, my main responsibility was to improve the fundamental structure of the business.
