I'm an outgoing person and I like to make new contacts. I find it easy to talk to most people and I like to exchange ideas. The experience I have gained over the years has given me a good awareness and I am able to bring a lot of innovation and also help to lift the team spirit in the group I am working in. It is important for me to feel that I am contributing to help others at the same time that others are helping me to achieve the company goals. I like to have many things going at the same time and I 'm used to take decisions based on statistical facts. For me it is important to be efficient and get a lot out of the workday to feel happy when I go home. Continuous improvement is part of my daily work, to see an opportunity for improvement and implement it together with colleagues contributes to a positive and healthy work environment. The quality department was the department that has contributed to most suggestions for improvement of my previous company.In my spare time I like to be physically active with indoor hockey and golf, but also repairing and fixing my jeep. My family is a big part of my Life, I have six children, and many nice friends.

I worked as a strategic buyer for the purchasing department and also as a quality engineer for the Quality Department.In my role as strategic buyer, I was taking care of the company's suppliers of electrical components (wholesalers) and our service providers. My responsibilities include price negotiations, contract writing and working on various projects. The work involves a lot of communication and cooperation, both in Sweden and internationally with our suppliers and internally with other departments on various levels of the company. It is an independent position under great responsibility.In my role as a quality engineer, I perform audits and validations of the suppliers, but also regular contacts every month to report delivery performance and DPPM (Part Defect per Million). I have ten years of experience in quality work with foreign suppliers, particularly in Asia and I have made many business trips to Hong Kong, Shanghai and Suzhou. I have great experience of working with foreign companies, negotiating on international level in terms of quality and purchasing.
