The position is a mix between project managment, support and sales. Main duties consist of the following:*maintaining managed servers and assisting customers with customer hosted servers*performing configuration changes based on customer wishes by using SQL-based Databases*Assisting customer with error analysis (mostly on shell level) and work as a connection point between customer and development*Handling new feature requests by customers and assist in the creation of specifications.*Assisting Development and Testmanagement with testing of the provided solution*Assist project management in analysing the project needs and advise possible cause of action*Preparing and delivering patches for customer and assist during the installation if necessary*Guiding and training customers on how the system is best being handled and maintained

* Assist customers with inquiries and issues relating to Blizzard Entertainment products and customer accounts via a chat-based client, phone, and email.* Investigate and follow up on inquiries / issues and respond / resolve in the most efficient manner possible.* Perform data entry and order processing functions.* Provide information to customers on in-game related issues, account status, transactions, and billing issues.* Other duties as assigned.
