Pursuing my Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter Jax.Conducting research as part of the international community in the field of acoustical communication technology. Exemplary applications are tracking of time variant systems, acoustical echo cancellation (AEC) with Kalman filters, dynamic measurement of head related transfer functions (HRTFs), feedback detection and suppression in IP based teleconferencing systems, and spatial acoutical signal processing. Methods applied in these discplines are adaptive filters, Kalman filters, statistical signal processing, acoustical measurement techniques, binaural signal processing, and higher order ambisonics (HOA).Various projects with focus on both engineering and academics with partners from industry.Organizing responsibility for the bachelor's lecture Communication Technology and the international master's lecture Advanced Coding and Modulation as well as conducting the tutorial for these lectures.Gaining leadership experience by supervising of bachelor and master students.

Designing and conducting experiments to evaluate and improve binaural audio measurement equipment and binaural audio reproduction procedures. This includes the design and conduction of listening tests and statistical evaluation.
