• Project management, coordination and administration of multiple tenant funded projects through the Construction and Installation Permit (CIP) system; ensure that all work conforms to Calgary Airport Authority standards, agreements and appropriate regulations. Involvement in the project from initial review, through approval, construction and project completion.• Assisting tenants with permit and project submission requirements as per the Calgary Airport Authority Land Use Agreement with The City of Calgary from restaurants through to shopping plazas, hotels and hangars.• Review of various applications from several disciplines including civil and building permit drawing packages.• Coordinate meetings with internal and external project stakeholders for project review, project startup, and site inspections.• Conduct final field inspections upon project completion to ensure there is no damage to airport infrastructure or outstanding requirements.• Expertise in development processes including Outline Plans, Airport Development Permits and Building Permits as per municipal planning practices and City of Calgary Land Use Agreement standards.• Update YYC policies as required, such as the YYC Cranes policy and the Land Use Agreement with the City of Calgary.• Review and respond to development proposals that occur near the airport for the City of Calgary and Rocky View County through the Development Referral process using the YYC Airport Constraint Assessment Tool.• Liaise with external stakeholders such as Transport Canada, NAV Canada, and the City of Calgary regarding development projects and crane requests. Provide clarification and coordination on applications when required.• Familiarity with various government and industry legislation and regulations including the Calgary International Airport Zoning Regulations, NAV Canada Electronic Zoning, Provincial Airport Vicinity Protection Area.

• Update and maintain facility record drawings using CADD techniques for disciplines including architectural, civil, mechanical and electrical from outside consultants as-built files and drawings.• Identify discrepancies between as-built information received and constructed infrastructure.• Provide specific area information to outside consultants from record drawings using AutoCAD and other file types, such as PDF.• Create custom graphics in AutoCAD Map 2012 for Airport Authority users for both site and terminal users related to airport planning, security procedures, and mechanical systems.
