- Plan and lead weekly focus meetings with each hotel team to verify existing strategies, agree on adjustments and develop new revenue-generating actions for all customer segments.
- Daily review of rates and selling strategies for each hotel based on current demand.
Front Office Manager
- Responsible for up to 20 employees for Front Desk, Concierge, Operator, Guest Relations, Executive Lounge and the Night Team.
- Control all departmental expenses and report developments during the monthly P&L meeting.
- Implement, maintain, eliminate or adjust global brand service standards effecting the Front Desk.
- Select, hire, train and further develop each employee and trainee.
- Create the departmental working schedule for all shifts as well as the holiday planning.
- Ensure the departmental goals were reached including quality (customer feedback), loyalty (customer loyalty program enrolments) and upselling.
Night Manager
- Run the night shift at the Front Office and supervise one night auditor.
- Maximise rooms revenue by achieving a sell-out of the property.
- Relocate guests in case of overbooking and handle all administrative tasks involved.
- Day-end-closing of the property management system, create and verify reports for finance,management and other departments
- Responsible for all safety and security matters during the night. Handle all relevant incidents andcommunicate outcome and actions to the day shift.
Front Desk Agent
- Check-In and Check-Out of hotel guests using „Fidelio/Opera“.
- Collect, handle and forward positive and negative guest feedback.
