About Stefan Ludwig

With my convincing manner and goal-oriented and analytical approach, I am able to lead and build up large organizations as well as lead customers and development projects to success. Due to my experience in R&D projects and various responsibilities in Engineering Management, it is easy for me to look at challenges from different perspectives and identify solutions quickly.Since 2010 I am working in the special purpose machinery and have been involved in planning, design and development in the multi-digit million range. During this time, I have gained significant experience in optimizing customer value, developing and continuously expanding leadership experience, building and changing organizations and strategic and technical management.Since 2013 I have been working on the strategic decision to continuously electrify products and automate systems. The strong focus on automation technology, drive technology as well as high voltage technology and the continuous expansion of the department's range of complex products and services by using international resources (internal and external).I am today intensively involved in the expansion of the organization on an international scale which requires a high level of commitment in organization, documentation and training of new employees. In addition to handling international projects in multinational teams, I focus on continuous product improvement in terms of the quality of our products and systems. This enables me to sustainably strengthen the market position of the products and to fulfill customer orders in a future-oriented manner by strengthening efficiency in the long term.
