I also got opportunity to practice Azure DevOps and Appium E2E tests. My responsibility was only development.

A member of a small team of 2-4 developers. We developed a blockchain-backed mobile application for iOS and Android to demonstrate potential blockchain capabilities in the aviation industry. We used MS AppCenter for CI and delivery to application stores, Native modules, and Push Notifications. For persistence, we used the Realm. The final product was developed using Sketch designs from external agency and again, with help of Storybook. I was responsible for the development of the app and managing delivery / pipelines to the app stores.

The aim of the app is really simple => to make student's access to the university services easier (e.g. hot news, mails, schedule etc.) Regarding tech stack for backend I have worked with Spring, Spring Security+ Java Mail API. The backend was deployed to Azure cloud at first later migrated to Heroku. The mobile app was developed for both Android and iOS using the Microsoft App Center service.In parallel, I traveled across Europe, I started to learn German and refreshed some skills from French.

My role consisted of implementation some of the backend services using Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Security, RabbitMQ and on the other hand, also of the development of the front-end applications using TypeScript and React (later also with the Redux). Our team was using TDD, pull-requests, and code reviews.Another technologies I have worked with are : Bootstrap, SASS, ECMAScript 6 / JavaScript, Jenkins, Couchbase, Maven, npm, Yarn, Docker, Amazon AWS, OpenID Connect, Git, Microsoft TFS, LDAP, JWT..., there will be still a lot of things to learn and understand.
