Finance And Operations Intern
-Financial Oversight: Supervise the invoicing, expenses, timesheets, approvals, travel, and payments process flows, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.-Process Management: Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments, and review and approve expense reports to ensure they align with client requirements and company policies.-Operational Coordination: Organize company and project-related travel bookings in a cost-effective and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.-Data Management: Ensure the company's financial and operating systems are up-to-date by inputting new data and reconciling accounts regularly.-Project Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers to provide timely and accurate project progress updates, including monthly budget updates.-Stakeholder Support: Maintain a service-focused approach in supporting internal stakeholders with financial, operative, and administrative matters.-Documentation Preparation: Support in the preparation of necessary documentation for accounting and other administrative duties as assigned.
