Experienced business development professional and transit planner with extensive accomplishments and familiarity with US public transit, procurement, sales and public policy.I am a creative, collaborative and empathetic professional who enjoys managing teams and serving as a team member focused on delivering solutions and customer expectations. My goal is to delight my customers! My key to achieving successful outcomes and sales is engaging clients, building trust and providing superior customer service. I enjoy helping clients achieve their goals and creating better transit! As a transit planner, I have worked for a range of transit agencies in progressively more responsible positions, including serving as the Director of Planning and Scheduling for Transdev in service to the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority. As a sales and business development professional, I have grown new business in an emerging market for ePaper displays. Working in a mature market like contracted transit operations, I retained and secured new operating contracts worth over one hundred million dollars. My core competencies support roles in both sales and public service. In the public sector, I have provided team, contract and project management; budgeting, strategic, capital and service planning, transit scheduling and forecasting, project development, proposal and grant writing. These skills have helped me be successful in the private sector, where I have developed expertise in sales prospecting, customer success and contract management.I care deeply about how we create tools to make public services like transit better and more equitable. I have focused on ways to do that in my career: improving rider notification and access to information and developing and implementing higher quality transit service and infrastructure. Seeing my former employees be successful in leadership roles has also been very rewarding. If I can be of help or service, please connect. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
