My roll is to be responsible for delivering the Oomph! training to delivery partners such as sheltered housing organisation, retirement living operators or community venues. As well as delivering the training, My roll will also support the delivery partners by shadowing sessions, running site visits or delivering additional sports training• Delivering the Oomph! training course• Collating feedback from the training through feedback forms and inputting data • Working with the community account manager to identify delivery partners that need additional support• Provide support to trained instructors • Delivery of face to face support to delivery partners when needed • Running specialist sports and games training to instructors- workshops, peer events and refresher Show less
