• Worked with a gas company from Central Asia on a project to increase revenues in existing markets, built two frameworks for new price calculations in both Europe and neighbouring countries• Analysed gas prices, purchasing power parity, GDP in company region and western Europe and calculated new gas prices based on findings• With new processes in place, devised a five-year project roll-out to deliver the revenue increases incrementally
