• Collaborate with key functions across the organization to implement and execute our financial planning efforts, including development of annual and long-range plans and forecast.• Lead all budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling initiatives throughout the company, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, providing budget to actual analysis• Serve as strategic partner and advisor to the CFO and executive team.• Assist with preparation of financial presentations and supporting materials related to senior management and executive financial reviews, summary of quarterly results, board documents, and other initiatives.• Partner with the Accounting team for month-end and quarter-end close reporting, primarily around accounting for long-term research agreements and other accruals.
