About Stefan P. Brunner

I am a passionate and hyper-conscious digital-first banking executive with over 25 years of experience, including management of transformation programs, corporate and strategy development, digital product & services development, business service operations, platform and experience management.Currently Chief Product Officer and member of the executive board responsible for the Product Management for Cards & Services, Digital Channels & Solutions as well as Marketing by ensuring Business Development, Experience & Service Design and Delivery along key Journeys at Viseca. My key tasks include, among other things: Driving forward the digitalization of the company and the further development of card payments and beyond as well as value-added services provided through digital channels and solutions for banks, private and corporate clients as well as related open finance partners.Previously, as a digital banking pioneer, my passion and work have always been for the digital banking excellence of UBS. As the former Head of Digital Banking, I finally managed as Product Crew Lead the Digital Banking Platform and Digital Security, and was leading the respective "Products" Chapter as part of the agile delivery organization. My responsibilities at that time include product & service management and implementation of the digital strategy and business transformation plans to further develop the digital-first banking platform with related security solutions, enabling shared services and cross-functional frameworks and foundational platform capabilities for simplified and secured digital products and client servicing across regions, client needs and segments for Private & Corporate Banking as well as Global Wealth Management. From 2010 till 2014, in addition to my role as Head E-Banking also responsible for the development and maintenance of web-based front office application environment for advisors and call agents at UBS. Since my Commercial Banking Apprenticeship at Citibank N.A. (1993) with a strong belief in digital transformation of financial industry.
