Manage the people on the ground• Create the cleaning project for the next day • Make sure all the rooms are prepared for today and tomorrowguests• Make sure all the maintenance or any type of issues are reportedand acted on• Quality check the tasks that were completed 1 day before, andchase people if extra details are needed• Keep track of operation supplies and order more if needed. Makesure that we have enough linen to take any check in

Replying to emails• Maintain the Knowledge Base up to date• Create new articles• Making sure information is up to date and available for everyonethat needs it• Make sure that there is a knowledge article for any new APP(browser/windows) that is new• Train the new Frontline/ Knowledge Manager employees• Discover and fix knowledge gaps

Taking calls from the companies we supported• Replying to emails• Logging and processing the tickets created for the issue.• Basic troubleshooting or re-routing to resolving teams• Report the knowledge gaps discovered to Knowledge Managementteam• Keep our clients up to date about their tickets

Calling people that we have in our database• Present yourself, and let the person know that we are calling toperform a survey that will help us to better understands about aproduct, and the duration of the survey• Take notes and complete the excel given

Make sure that there are always products available for thecustomers• Make sure the products are arranged, and in good condition. (verify expiration date)• Help the customers if they have any inquiries
