EMAS (Emerging Market Analytic Solutions) develops solutions based on machine learning in order to improve the performance of a given KPI, usually gross profit. My team worked on a specialized platform for the retail sector. The main objective of this platform was to assist Account Managers in making informed decisions on when to offer promotions for their clients, by using sales data (sell-in & sell-out), product prices, promotions offered by competitors, inventory, etc. This platform also included a presentation of all the data we recieved, processed, and predicted, in BI software (either PowerBI or custom solutions in the Javascript Apache ECharts library).

Amplified Health is a company that connects patients and doctors in order to provide medical equipment for a specific injury that a patient may have. Their platform was done mainly in Laravel (using a LAMP stack), with a Vue.js frontend. My role was a full stack developer, so I worked both on the frontend and backend of the application. Tasks were assigned in two week sprints, with daily standups for planning and to discuss any issues we might have. We used Atlassian tools for project tracking (JIRA), version control (Bitbucket), and documentation (Confluence).

- Using AngularJS, I built a frontend timetable app used for organizing extracurricular activities for a local high school.- I was part of a team that built a support system for POS at gas stations. The idea was to use tablets for advertisements and grant gifts according to certain rules. The stack for this project was Yii2 (PHP framework), and JQuery for the frontend. I implemented a design that was provided to me in PDF format by the team's designers.- Using templates on ThemeForest, I built a plethora of presentational websites. Most were built using raw HTML, CSS, and JS, but some came with JQuery, Bootstrap, Materialize, or some other frontend toolkit.- With PHP, I built an MVC platform used to manage orders for a paper factory. It allowed users to login, enter data for new orders with details such as amounts, material types, etc. Afterwards they would be stored in the database for future reference and printed out for the factory workers.- Added Firebase for login purposes of a dashboard application.
