Managing Director of Chartered Architects & Surveyors practice, SPASE Design. Multidisciplinary design and management firm in construction and property working throughout Dorset and in southern England. Previous experience includes working in Chartered Architects private practice for 10 years on projects up to the value of £30million. I have CIAT accredited qualifications in Architectural Technology, an MSc in Conservation of the Historic Environment and a full member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). I have undertaken the leading role on projects from £50,000 to £10million, in various fields of design, construction and maintenance within the built environment. My experience includes commercial, educational, residential, agricultural, historical, sustainability and regeneration.I have strong beliefs in cultural identity, maintaining and conserving our natural and built environment, whilst also adapting, developing and regenerating the environment for sustainable future needs. I have researched the viable reuse of our rural and historic environment and actively maintain a professional interest in sustainable new development.
