During my holiday internship at Liquid Automation Systems, I had the opportunity to create a full-stack application for their internal web server. The application was meant to handle various tasks like managing timesheets, logging tickets, and issuing licenses. My role involved spearheading the project from its inception to the design and ultimately implementation. The project was started from scratch and used React with Typescript for the front end and using Entity Framework Core's DbContext, CRUD operations were performed. On the backend, I worked with .NET 6 and organized the code using an MVC structure. To ensure smooth data communication, I used Data Transferable Objects (DTOs). I completed this within 4 weeks without any prior experience in full-stack development. Due to time constraints, the full functional implementation was not possible. This internship allowed me to put my programming skills to the test and gave me practical experience in building a versatile application that met critical operational needs.
