Stefan Rizzo is a Constructability Manager who embraces the concepts of Design Build, Lean Construction, Green Construction, and Shop Prefabrication. His experience covers the fields of Data Centers, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Entertainment, Technology, Healthcare, Power Generation, and Government Facilities. Previous projects are located across the country.He enjoys working in the Preconstruction and Construction phases of a project. Stefan works with a team of tradesmen, engineers, designers, and architects to create a functional physical structure that will serve the owners needs. He is interested in complex problem solving, working as a team towards a common goal, and takes great pride in knowing that his efforts change the world around him.Starting from an early age he had a fondness and fascination for the pipe trades. Growing up he would listen to amazing and enchanting stories that his father as a Pipefitter would tell him at the dinner table. After highschool, he immediately joined the United States Air Force to serve his country and to see more of the world. While in the military, he was stationed in North Dakota and was afforded the opportunity to earn a college education while serving. Originally his plans were to graduate with a Mechanical Engineering degree, but halfway through, Business, Investment, Finance, and Economics pulled him away from Engineering to graduating college with a bachelors in Economics. After a stint in the business world, the stories of his father echoed louder in his mind until he decided to switch careers and follow in his fathers footsteps. Stefan is passionate about what he does and takes great pride in his work. The sense of accomplishment of taking what essentially starts out as an idea or need, into an amazing, functional, tangible building is what he is passionate about.
