I have made job details, cost estimates, and completion dates a science of systematic and logical checks and balances.

$9.2 Million/16,500 sq. ft. new home in Desert Mountain, AZ. The main challenges included: steel and concrete structure built into the side of a mountain; a 35' cut into solid granite that required blasting and a tight 400 foot long staging area. This project also included architectural stone, unique finishes from around the world and a media room that seats 12. 2006-2009.$5.8 Million/11,600 sq. ft. smart home in Silverleaf, DC Ranch, AZ. The clients requested a tight schedule of 22 months and I was able to complete their new home in 19 months: 3months ahead of schedule and well under budget. This time frame also included a last minute move of the services location from one side of the house to the other. I was solely responsible to manage and supervise theses projects. My involvement was from ground breaking through move-in and beyond.

I was a construction site supervisor for homes in the 2-6 million dollar range. I delivered a superb product that was well within budget and completed on or ahead of schedule.
