He has had a diverse and varied career as an independent management consultant and as a civil servant including regulatory work; parliamentary experience, policy development, ministerial support and programme/project prioritisation.He is experienced in business case development using the Treasury best practice Five Case Model (Better Business Cases) approach, having developed many business cases for a wide variety of clients across the public and private sector since leaving the civil service in 2013. He is a High Risk IPA Gateway Review Team Member and regularly participates in IPA reviews of Government Major Projects.Stefan is experienced in developing strategy and policy with an excellent understanding of political needs from his time working within and outside of government.Stefan led the development of the original Better Business Case standard as a civil servant He is an Approved Better Business Case Trainer by APMG through Value People - an Approved Training Organisation.
