- Deputise the team leader in managing the group - I offer help and guidance to other designers in their projects. Overseeing their jobs to ensure that the work is carried out to a high standard and all relevant design considerations have been looked at.- I work as a model shop liaison, ensuring projects are well managed and all necessary information is available. This requires excellent organisation and communication skills between myself, other designers and the model technicians.- I manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and am responsible for advanced projects that require more in-depth design development, and focus on future design projects looking at improvements and future concepts.- Responsible for Rear Suspension development: Comprising suspension leg, IB and OB assemblies for wheels on active and passive pre-load designs. Focusing on development of rear drum assemblies and developing more reliable and faster tunnel change times.

- Responsible for Rear Wing development: Part and Surface creation. Model Improvements. Master Aero releases. Liaising with full-size designers to ensure full-size car criteria are met, without compromising aerodynamic requirements. I have worked extensively on active and passive DRS design solutions. - Created multiple robust, parametric CAD models that have significantly reduced design lead times, decreased wind tunnel change times, improved part fitting and quality, and increased part realism.- Instrumental in design development of parts, aimed at decreasing manufacturing times/cost, reducing material wastage, and increasing design quality in terms of part realism and repeatability.- Utilised and created kinematic models for suspension movements and DRS activation.- Created fresh start complex surface models for the rear of the car; including Bodywork, Diffuser/Floor, Rear Drum, TRW, LRW, RWEP etc.

Design aerodynamic and mechanical components for the 60% scale wind tunnel model, and a number of full size car aerodynamic test parts.
