With the beginning of 2020, I started supporting another product that was closely linked to Power Warehouse. It is the main product of the Supply Chain - Power Enterprise. This platform optimizes the flow of inventory, data and payments through complex supply chain networks, with a special focus on excellence in perishable inventory management. I am still in the process of learning it since it is really wide product with various features, but I am improving each day.

In October 2018, I have advanced to Level 3 Software support, and I am now part of the Power Warehouse software support. NCR Power Warehouse was designed to facilitate warehousing processes by improving accuracy and minimising operating costs. It offers a range of features including voice operated commands, RF-enabled warehouse tasks, directed put-aways, cross-docking, product processing, traceability, order shipping, kitting, sales receipts and order processing.NCR Power Warehouse has been specifically designed with food warehousing in mind, this means the system allows users to manage their inventories according to temperature, sell/use by dates and batches. This enables businesses to comply with industry standards, improve order accuracy and enforce thorough product rotation procedures.NCR Power Warehouse is part of the Power Enterprise suite of products, and so integrates seamlessly with NCR’s Power Productivity and Power Voice.

I was first hired under Trizma GS company as a Software Support representative. I was contingent worker for NCR Corporation until April 2018 when I got NCR contract. I was supporting cloud based eCommerce platforms known as Counterpoint online - CPO and NCR retail online - NRO (managing and maintaining web stores), and NCR's mass email marketing tool - NCR Customer Connect. There were also some smaller products together with that that me and my team (Retail Hosted Applications) were covering (Smart Alerts, Secure Pay). In January 2018 my team took over another smaller team - Connected Services, that was managing sales reports from POS terminals.

I was first hired as a Help Desk agent and Technical support specialist (software and hardware) for cellular network and cellular hardware, for which I worked couple of months. Then I was transferred to a newly created Technical Support sector for all of the m:tel services (cellular network, ADSL, IPTV etc.) and all of m:tel hardware (mobile phones, tablets, TV's, routers, switches etc.). We were providing technical advice and remote solutions to various issues, as well as remote hardware troubleshooting. We were creating support tickets, handling, escalating, verifying and finally closing them as well. I was elected as one of two best agents for the year of 2016 (attached is the diploma).

Company was producing high quality Oak parquet for export. This was my first job ever and I didn't choose it by myself. One day my friend just asked me if I am open to work, and I said why not. I wanted to keep myself busy that summer, and to earn some money and working habits as well. I was working in production line as a laborer. In short time, I was being able to cover every part of production line as we were switching positions, and was also being able to maintain machines that we were working on. I have also done loading of the parquet for packing or for shipping. During that two months, I have also learned how to operate a forklift and used it daily.
