The result of this is the establishment of MAS Holding B.V. and its subsidiaries MAS Facilities B.V. and MAS Coatings B.V. (together MAS Group).The core business of MAS Group is the development, production and sales of coatings for the Metal packaging, Flooring and general industry. For development of industrial coatings, quality and sustainability are key, but also the added value of the coatings on the energy footprint during processing the industrial coatings. For the industries as mentioned above, MAS Group is targeting the European and Turkish market primarily. As part of the R&D coatings department, MAS is currently in the process to develop our own TOPV (Transparant Organic Photo Voltaic) technology. This is a promising technique where light is converted into energy due to the use of organic solar cells printed on a (semi) transparent foil. On group level responsible for accounting, consolidation and reporting, insurances (world policy), group financing and world wide cash management, (international) taxation, risk management (including legal) and ICT. For these responsibilities in contact with external parties like insurers, bankers, auditors, legal and tax consultants.

Responsible for development of group management reporting, reporting and consolidation process, group audits, etc. Involvement in international legal and tax issues.

Responsible for consolidation of approx 40 legal entities followed by reporting on region level to HQ in Heidelberg (Germany). Legal entities covered a range of companies in size (small to large) and activities (holding, concrete, cement, transport)
