• Fully responsible for the accounting and administration of the company stocks such as: fuels, spare parts, packages and consumables; verification of the accuracy of the operations booked in the stock ledger, intermediary stock takes, accounting notes); training and supervision of the warehouse keepers and related accountants to insure a true and fair view of the inventory in company records• Fully responsible for the accounting and administration of the pasta stocks, expanded and patisseries goods production (production reports operations, verification of the final products, semi finished products and residual products, accounting notes, final stocks, stock takes);• Accounting and coordination of the corn mill production (production reports operations, verifying final products, semi finished and residual products, accounting notes, final stocks, stock takes);• Internal procedures development meant to assure a fast and correct information flow to accounting department and to insure compliance with company policies and procedures and procedures implementation

• Administration of good running of the foreign contracts, managing the import-export documentation necessary for the import and export of merchandises, including banking accounts; representation of the company in relation with the custom;• Synthetic and analytical reports on the en gross warehouse.
