I have undertaken the responsibility of designing and building microservices for the supply chain domain. This involved developing a scalable and efficient architecture to handle the complexities of supply chain management.To begin with, I conducted a thorough analysis of the existing supply chain processes and identified areas where microservices could bring significant improvements. Based on this analysis, I designed a modular architecture that breaks down the supply chain functionalities into smaller, independent services.Using industry best practices and design patterns, I built these microservices using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. Each microservice was designed to handle a specific aspect of the supply chain, such as inventory management, order processing, sales tracking.As a Senior Lead Engineer, I have also taken on leadership responsibilities, such as mentoring junior engineers, providing technical guidance, and participating in architectural discussions. I have actively contributed to the overall improvement of the development process by suggesting and implementing process enhancements and adopting new technologies when appropriate. I have been involved in maintaining and enhancing existing services. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues, optimizing performance, and implementing new features based on business requirements. I have also been responsible for designing and building new services to meet the evolving needs of the credit bureau. In addition to backend work, I have also contributed to the development of the credit bureau's frontend using React. This has involved building user interfaces, implementing responsive designs, and ensuring a seamless user experience. I have worked closely with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into functional and visually appealing interfaces. I have also implemented frontend functionalities such as data visualization, form validation, and integration.

I have successfully designed and built a microservices system that integrates multiple 3rd party systems with bidirectional data flow and centralized data storage. This system aims to streamline and optimize data management processes within an organization. To achieve this, I first conducted a thorough analysis of the 3rd party systems and identified the key data sources and destinations. Based on this analysis, I designed a microservice architecture that allows for seamless communication and data exchange between these systems. The microservice system I built utilizes modern technologies and frameworks to ensure efficient and reliable data flow. I implemented APIs and message queues to facilitate bidirectional data transfer, enabling the legacy systems to exchange information in real-time. This ensures that data remains synchronized across all systems, eliminating the need for manual data entry or synchronization.

I have actively participated in design and development of a next-generation CRM system specifically tailored for telecom customer support and stores. This system has significantly improved performance and has successfully reduced the average support call time.The CRM system incorporates advanced features and functionalities to streamline customer support processes and enhance overall efficiency. It provides a comprehensive view of customer information, including their service plans, billing details, and previous interactions. This enables support agents to quickly access relevant information and provide personalized assistance to customers.To improve performance, I have implemented optimized algorithms and data structures to ensure fast and efficient data retrieval and processing. This has resulted in a noticeable reduction in the average support call time, allowing support agents to handle more customer inquiries within a given timeframe.

I have initiated, designed, and built a Java solution for calculating account portfolio performance on a large scale. This solution is aimed at accurately measuring the performance of various investment portfolios. By leveraging parallel processing and optimizing the code, I have developed a scalable and efficient system that can handle a significant amount of data and provide accurate performance calculations.
