• Dealing with Head Tenants & Occupiers, responding swiftly to any queries or complaints.• Carrying out fortnightly site visits to ensure contractors are carrying out works to a high standard and to identify any additional repair works.• Raising variation requests, ensuring the contract is not breeched in anyway and the value of the building is maintained.• Keeping a very thorough log of communications, stat compliance paperwork and any contract variations on a bespoke building management system.• Working closely with the contractor to ensure the building is statutory compliant.• Review any Health & Safety incidents which may happen in the building and complete a full report on any findings and put into action any improvements to the building which may prevent any further accidents.• Managing Capital / Small Works Projects, including negotiating with contractors to ensure good value.• Carrying out annual lifecycle reports and implementing lifecycle works.• Defect Management.• RAMS/H&S review.

Operating a large busy bar in the City of Hanley, with full responsibility of licensing, staff recruitment and employment, compliance to H&S including training of staff, maintaining adequate stock levels, retaining good surpluses on stock takes, keeping records of an incidents and potential insurance claims. All activities were performed whilst adhering to strict company protocol. Other duties included reporting any faults or maintenance issues occurring and following them up in a timely manner. As well as all other aspects of running a busy bar such as communicating with customers and building relationships with numerous repeat customers.
