I worked as a primary school teacher at Penning School for six years, which was a special experience for me. This was not only due to the unique layout and features of the school, but also because of the open and intentional culture, as well as the cooperation we had with parents and village representatives.Penning School classrooms had fewer children per class than traditional classrooms, and each classroom mixed two age ranges. As a result, I was not fixed within one class, but instead taught all subjects across the school. During this period, I:- Maintained open communication with children, parents, and other involved parties- Structured my teaching to provide a fluid feedback loop based on individual children's needs- Designed and delivered engaging lessons- Catered to a wide range of diversityIn addition, I managed the school website, which involved updating information and collaborating with the headmaster to positively impact our communication with the outside world.

Lernkulturen 3.0 is a resource-rich website that I built with a close friend. It includes articles, blogs, and resources for people to discover and apply accessible alternative learning theories and techniques within and outside of traditional school environments. Our target audience is anyone with the intention of creating a space that naturally nurtures a child's individuality.Through creating easily attainable resources, more people can build these nurturing environments, allowing more children to discover their essence and unique talents, and take these with them throughout their lives. For three years, I served as president of the Austrian student representatives association (ÖH) at PH Tirol University. After assembling a capable team, we created new structures from scratch, as the old ÖH no longer existed. This was my first experience with a start-up.During my tenure, I accomplished the following:- Built a strong team- Established a new bureau- Completed several projects, including the SUP-Network (students supporting students)- Improved communication channels between the headmaster's office, professors, staff, and students- Hosted festivals to welcome new students and celebrate student life- Organized frequent conversation clubs to address student needs- Developed a reciprocal relationship with the Federal Austrian student representative association- Participated in fundamental changes to the structures at PH Tirol.

I co-founded a conversation club where people came together to explore a variety of topics ranging from the ethereal to the practical. As the co-founder and regular host, my intention was to create a space for people from all cultures and backgrounds to exchange ideas, thoughts, and solutions in a mindful, compassionate, and empathetic manner.Attendees discussed a wide range of questions, from "how can I build a youth hostel?" to "how can I stop my granddaughter from smoking?"
