I like to make people better than they are. Not only myself, but also others. It's always important to look into what can be better, who wants to be better. There is so much more inside a human mind than what he or she will show on the outside. Every action and thought, has a reason. Every motivation and stance has an event that has shaped this. I love to get the best out of a person, using this. I thrive in making people better than they are as a person and as an employee.Happiness can be found in the exploration of the self and the uplifting of an entire work space. To reach new heights, thought impossible to reach before and to create processes that severely ease a task further thought to be difficult and cumbersome is what I am always going for. This all is something I reach with a good portion of humor, sarcasm and good old-fashioned Dutch sobriety. Failure is only a consequence of giving up, which I refuse to do.
