About Stefan Van Der Werf

I am a Strategy & Consulting Manager within the Financial Services industry focused on large scale Business Transformations, Change Management and rolling-out product propositions. I studied Management and Organizational Sciences and obtained a master degree in Change Management at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. During my study I did two internships at a global operating consulting boutique and a company in public services containing Change Management. In addition to this studies, I gained relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions. I am strategic, analytical and conscientious in my approach. I know how to handle complex challenges ambitiously and positively. Furthermore I am specialized in change and implementation processes and developed skills in Management Consulting within Digital, Business, and Lean-Agile Transformations in a complex stakeholder environment. Certified in SAFe Agile, SAFe Product Owner/Manager, SAFe Agile Scrum Master and got a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
