I have 30 years’ experience of legal advice related to Swedish and international companies, primarily in corporate and contract law, real estate, M&A, intellectual property, marketing law and IT law. Have been involved in large transactions in the areas of real estate, IT, food, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. With extensive experience as counsel in commercial disputes in arbitration and litigation in the areas of construction and real estate law, corporate law, intellectual property, marketing and IT law, I represent clients in all major industry sectors. I also frequently serve as arbitrator in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, under, inter alia, SCC, ICC and ad hoc procedures, and I am a member of the Superior Court of the Swedish Trotting Association.With long experience of litigations and dispute resolution, I am head of Moll Wendén’s Dispute Resolution team.
