Senior Director, Legal - Digital, Robotics & Enabling Technologies (Apr. 2021 - July 2022) - acted as strategic partner providing legal support to DRE leadership and advising the business on various legal matters including intellectual property, transactions, regulatory and data privacy/security.Intellectual Property Counsel, Orthopaedics Group (Jan. 2016 - Mar. 2021) - provided a wide range of intellectual property legal support including IP due diligence for business development and M&A activities, drafting and negotiation IP licensing agreements and strategy development regarding protecting and enforcing Stryker's IP rights.Legal Counsel, Strategic & Government Contracting (Mar. 2013 - Dec. 2015) - Managed a team responsible for negotiating and drafting commercial contracts in support of the company’s U.S.-based sales organizations including Orthopaedic and MedSurg business units. Acted as lead counsel for transactions opposite major group purchasing organizations and integrated delivery networks. Counseled internal clients in sales program development and discount safe harbor compliance. Prosecuted applications before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Advised clients in relation to intellectual property portfolio development, status and strategy. Performed legal research and analysis for commercial and intellectual property litigation. Served in capacity as Law Clerk from October 2008 through November 2009.

Negotiated and drafted various agreements in support of the company’s licensing and researchactivities with leading academic institutions and biotechnology firms. Provided due diligence and legal research support to in-house attorneys engaged in licensing, divestiture, joint venture transactions and Hart-Scott-Rodino filings.

Supervised bulk active pharmaceutical ingredient production by managing the activities of tenunion chemical operators and coordinating various support functions such as quality operations,maintenance and environmental control.
