Als Berater bei Arcadis im Bereich Intelligent Buildings begleite ich Bauherren aus verschiedenen Branchen bei der digitalen Transformation ihrer Immobilien und Portfolios. Wir betrachten dabei alle Leistungsphasen von der Konzeption über die Inbetriebnahme und Implementierung hinweg bis in die Betriebsphase. Dort entfalten sich die besonderen Mehrwerte der Digitalisierung wie Automatisierung, Prozessverschlankung, Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle, Zukunftsfähigkeit und Nachhaltigkeit. In meiner Rolle finde ich es besonders spannend, dass ich bereits in frühen Phasen eines Bauprojektes Impulse geben und somit die Weichen stellen kann, damit das Gebäude nach Fertigstellung alle Wünsche im Hinblick auf Innovation, Digitalisierung und Zukunftsfähigkeit erfüllt. Vor allem die lange Betriebsphase eines Gebäudes bietet eine sehr große Hebelwirkung für die Umsetzung von Innovationen. Diese möchte ich in der Immobilienwelt weiter vorantreiben.As a consultant at Arcadis in the field of Intelligent Buildings, I advise clients from various sectors on the digital transformation of their real estate and portfolios. We cover all project phases, from conception through commissioning and implementation to the operation phase. This is where the particular benefits of digitization emerge, such as automation, process optimization, the development of new business models and sustainability.In my role, I find it particularly exciting that I can provide impulses in the early phases of a building project and thus set the course so that the building fulfills all wishes in terms of innovation, digitization and future viability after its completion. Above all, the long operating phase of a building offers a great deal of leverage for the implementation of innovations. I would like to drive these innovations forward in the real estate world.
