Operations Manager - Opm
Current- Plans, manages, and is responsible for the timely provision of the scope of service in the required time, quality and cost.- Responsible for the specialist content as well as the technical and operational concept.Advises and supports the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with regard to commissioning and cost optimizing.- Plans and develops efficiency improvement measures in consultation with the SDM and is responsible for implementing them in Delivery.- Takes over the service chain from the transformation phase to the operating phase and controls the involved production units via the Operations Managers (OPM).- Bears overall responsibility for the end-to-end quality of the service chains provided by T-Systems staff, partners, and suppliers.- Creates cost and service transparency for the individual services of the service chains.- Acts as the operational interface for contracted service delivery for the SDM.- In support of the SDM, acts as the on-site operational contact directly to the customer.- Is responsible for the completeness and quality of data in the Asset and Configuration Management of the service chain.- Accountable for incident, problem, change, asset and configuration management for commissioned services.
