As the Head of Fiber at Vodafone Germany, I oversaw the end-to-end FTTH build-out for more than 500,000 homes passed, including project acquisition, sales and marketing, technical network planning and deployment, customer connection, and product development. I have successfully managed complex and diverse projects in public and private partnerships, negotiated commercial contracts and bids, and developed and implemented new business strategies and fiber programs. I also led and empowered a team of more than 80 professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and diversity.
