Leading a team of 8 people in delivering workshops about Chinese and Turkish culture as a preparation seminar for the delegates that were about to go to internships to those countries.

I was responsible for a six-member team of students who were actively participating in creating, planning and delivering the project. The goal of the project was to provide well-structured and advanced educations to IT students and prepare them for professional AIESEC internship in companies abroad. This included coordination and delivery of around 100 interviews (20 selected candidates) during the selection process. I was in charge of motivating the team, training delivery, observing and tracking their results and work, connecting them with the organisation and teaching them about teamwork and leadership.

I was an HR manager in an organizing committee that was responsible for project Marketing Focus 2013. It was a two-day conference held in Cultural Centre Grad (Belgrade) on April 7th i 8th, 2013. More than 100 people visited the conference, and the term #MarketingFocus had a reach of about 25 thousand people on social networks. I did recruitment (selected 7 out of 40 applicants) for the Consulting House, a part of Marketing Focus project, which had interns and volunteers from eight different countries (I have also participated in the selection process of volunteers from other countries). I was in charge of motivating them and following their work and results.

I was responsible for most of the written content on every website that Coderesidence has created since August 2012. Mostly, I did the translating (English to Serbian and vice versa) and editing of content written in Serbian.
