This included the transition of existing customers into our IT landscape- Leading a large project team in a multi-phase endeavor to configure Salesforce for usage by ~3.000 Sales colleagues across all countries with a special focus on improving integration with other systems & data visualization

Led strategic initiatives for the product with 5 team members (2 in Shared Service Center). - Led the build of in-house Track & Trace solution as Product Owner which allowed the division to internalize this service- Led a global effort to automate the population of buying rates based on service providers chosen by operational teams. Increased automation from 0% to >50% globally- Created processes to address FX losses on Freight charges from suppliers which saves ~3m€ EBIT per year (CEO Award 2019)- As lead of a task force following the rollout of new TMS system: a) definition of finance-related operational processes (billing / costing / profit analysis) including the relevant KPIs; b) Creation of online dashboards (Qlik) to enable serve-service analysis on the above topics c) communication and training of these to the country teams. This saved €50mn EBIT (CEO Award 2020)- Completed DHL-sponsored Data Analytics degree and utilized this knowledge in the above tasks (especially SQL)
