Aon's Centers for Innovation and Analytics drive data, analytics, and technology solutions for all of Aon's solution lines, globally. As the CFO, I sit on the senior leadership team driving the growth of the centers, and additionally oversee all management and statutory financial matters for these operations.

* Leads transfer pricing and other strategic project planning for Aon's tax department.* Works across all business units and shared service organization to identify and implement transfer pricing and tax planning opportunities.* Helps to drive tax authority / government discussions including those related to incentives.

* Stefan has over 10 years experience in Transfer Pricing in both Australia and the U.S.* He has assisted in negotiations with tax authorities to secure unilateral and bilateral Advance Pricing Arrangements in a variety of international jurisdictions, including the United States.* He has worked with companies to defend tax authority investigations relating to tangible and intangible property, intercompany services, and intercompany financing transactions. * Stefan has provided a variety of other transfer pricing services, including global transfer pricing (including tax efficient supply chain) planning, intangible asset valuation and cost sharing arrangements, global and local transfer pricing documentation, headquarter cost allocation exercises, and specific technical analysis on economic issues such as commercial realism and location savings.
