The task was to commercialize a business idea from scratch. The initial idea was a spin of from Volvo Aero and aimed at finding new and innovative ways of using tailor welded blanks in various industries.

Venture Cup is the worlds largest business plan competition with the objective to stimulate entrepreneurship and to increase the founding of new companies in Sweden. I was responsible for all contestants as well as the competition itself. Main contact for jury members and partner universities.
