Baseline expert in the FENIX project. Responsible for the initial set up of configurations and maintenance tasks for all aircraft types in the Swedish Air Force as well as aircraft types exported to the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Thailand. The FENIX project has implemented a maintenance system based on the Maintenix COTS from MxI/IFS used for tracking and managing aircraft as well as components. The project has reviewed and harmonized the business processes within the Swedish Air Force.Previously responsible for defining and compiling the functional requirements on the system. Participated in the procurement process and the selection of Maintenix as the replacement for a number of legacy systems.Have been engaged in a number of projects ranging from handling LSA data and HUMS data for aircraft to harmonizing routines and data for managing "complex materiel" across all branches of the Swedish Armed Forces.
