Current- Drafting of individualised asset management contracts, asset management agreements and investment agreements- Legal advice to asset management (FIDLEG, FINIG, CISA, MIFID II, BVV 2, OR, Crossborder, Outsourcing, DSG)- Legal responsibility and support for the following topics and products: Basic contract, powers of attorney, youth segment, fees, safe deposit boxes, cheques, cash dispatch, ATMs, metal account, negative interest, fiduciary deposits, time deposits, medium-term notes… Show more - Drafting of individualised asset management contracts, asset management agreements and investment agreements- Legal advice to asset management (FIDLEG, FINIG, CISA, MIFID II, BVV 2, OR, Crossborder, Outsourcing, DSG)- Legal responsibility and support for the following topics and products: Basic contract, powers of attorney, youth segment, fees, safe deposit boxes, cheques, cash dispatch, ATMs, metal account, negative interest, fiduciary deposits, time deposits, medium-term notes, deposit protection).- Autonomous legal advice to the Product Management Deposit Business in relation to the above-mentioned products and topics.- Drafting of contract templates, product provisions (GTC), directives, processes, NDAs, file notes and disclaimers- Review of marketing materials (factsheets, presentations) with regard to compliance with the applicable legal provisions (CISA, FIDLEG, UCA, MIFID II)- Reviewing the documentation of alternative investment funds with regard to the associated legal and tax risks in custody- Carrying out compliance checks in the investment business- Member of the Investment Practice Group- Respond to enquiries from authorities, monitor legal and regulatory developments and evaluate reports- Legal advice on antitrust issues- Member of the Board of Directors of the pension fund Show less
