This involved not only managing day-to-day finance activities but also addressing and resolving complex legacy issues that could impact financial integrity and business performance.In addition to operational oversight, I also played a key strategic role in implementing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for group reporting and driving the management transition to a more robust financial infrastructure.
