Managing development of ARFO, in order to grow the number of adoptions in Romania and improving standards of care for children in the social care system.

Managed #LaTINEriEstePuterea, a CSR project initiated and funded by Coca Cola HBC Romania, that trained thousand of youth preparing to leave the social care system and graduating out of highschool and at risk of becoming NEETs.

Oversaw all financial and admin operations.While taking on the role, oversaw all the legal aspects of starting a new NGO and the SRL which is owned by the association. Was in charge transferring a $350K business and other social activities from under “Asociația Eliberare” to the newly founded organisations. Renewed all contracts, changed financial and administrative structure to function in a similar way to a multi-national company, as the new structure operates through a Nonprofit (501 (C) (3)) and an LLC in the USA. Developing a student volunteer and outreach initiative, lecturing, creating an online platform for the association, mentoring and counselling a group of teenagers, managing projects that ranged between a series of studies, picnics, jazz nights, volunteer parties, construction projects, medical outreaches and translating.
