Started working at Cronos in 2016, where I've build out Cronos Leuven with a focus on 4 pillars :Customers - Location - Talent - Network.'CronosLeuven, part of the Cronos Group, is synonymous with innovative entrepreneurship.We focus on bringing Technology, Business and Creativity together in order to come to the most creative & technological best solution for our customers.On top of that our express purpose is helping people grow, if desired, till entrepreneurship itself'So always open to listen to your ideas as coach/mentor/soundboard....Background: I've started my career in the Strategic Outsourcing department of IBM for about 6 years where I initially started as an iSeries operator and then moved on to a teamleading position after 3 years.In my role as iSeries teamleader - managing a team of about 14 people - I also worked on several projects : Automation of the environment, setup of several new customers, take-over of a customer from IBM-France and improve the working environment. Also the project of moving the operations business outside of Belgium was part of my journey.Moved into a sales role in the beginning of 2006 as Lotus Software Sales rep. Responsible for covering the SMB market in Belgium, also Local government, Healthcare... This means a FTF role with customers, also working with Business Partners is a great thing.Beginning of 2011 I started the exciting challenge of being Account Manager for Public Sector Accounts.
