In this role I had the chance to become an Architect of complex development programs, through which I laid the foundations of Systemic projects, which generated success stories, for over 1200 Managers, with the help of my team. Main responsibilities:• Identify together with my clients the learning and development needs, by analyzing the results of the performance evaluation process• Provide coaching and appropriate solutions, for Managers and their teams such as: increasing individual and team performance, overcoming limiting beliefs, aligning their personal values with the values of the organization, improving team dynamics, creating psychological safe environments, increasing employees proactivity and responsibility or resolving more sensitive employee relations issues, that may have a higher risk or impact for business• Maintain the relationship with our facilitators/coaching providers and always looking on expanding our pool of partners• Support the design and delivery of transformational development programs using professional assessment tools, and HR Analytics metrics: 360, assessment and feedback centers, cognitive assessments, Team management system,Design thinking process, Organizational IQ tests, Resilience test and many more• Define together with my clients the performance indicators for monitoring the effectiveness of development programs and ensure continuous follow-up and double loop feedback• Create and maintain alliances with key stakeholders, to ensure their support by transforming them into change ambassadors Top achievements: - Creating the Journey to performance – blended learning development program - Over 300 Managers accompanied in the Journey to Performance program- Over 350 facilitation sessions in setting goals- Over 210 hours of supervision and mentoring in facilitating goal setting- Over 700 hours of individual and group coaching- Over 30 corporate clients accompanied during a long-term blended learning program
