I am a big fan of Agile methodologies, as, if applied right and consistent I truly think it can be a good way of working both for the clients and the teams. I have seen it working properly, getting projects to the desired end, but also, if not understood, or applied wrongly, it can lead to failures.Since starting working with Agile methodologies (in 2011) I have seen it applied in different forms and from many angles, starting from working as a developer, developer and scrum master, delivery manager, project manager, project manager and scrum master (interesting right?), working with one or many teams, having separate QA teams,... and it is interesting that it worked well in any combination with the correct mindset. What I enjoy the most in a management position is working with, and helping new teams to grow from the initial stagings to being performant.
Listed skills include Scrum, Agile Methodologies, .Net, Oop, and 45 others.

An outsourcing project for a digital media company based in New York.Started with managing a development team in 2020, with development, UI/UX and QA positions. Helped in growing to three development teams, expanded the QA team from one to two QAs, expanded the UI/UX team from one to three designers, opened a DevOps and a Technical Manager position.Main responsibilities:- People management (1:1s, goals setting and management, personal development plans, financial aspects)- Involvement and facilitator in defining working ways, processes and flows for our teams- Facilitating discussions and taking decisions on how to form the needed teams- Help in defining the job descriptions for new roles, due diligence and involvement in interviews- Playing the Scrum Master role- End/Start sprint reports- Client Satisfaction Surveys- Keep a close relationship with the client's people (Product Manager, UI/UX lead, VP of Engineering, VP of Product, CTO)- Communication and managing expectations for production incidents, with Production Incident Reports when necessary- Project health check and needed actions for improvement- eNPS analysis and action items- Quarterly reports with accomplishments, challenges and issues that we faced- Involvement in defining internal processes- Reporting for upper management, about the current states, issues and plans to solve them- Manage the team building budgets and helping in organizing team outings. One important lesson that I’ve learned is that the client knows their business the best, so we need to deliver what and how they are requesting, and putting their needs first is very important, which sometimes means getting over our perceptions and beliefs even if they were true and would be valid in other contexts. What I've enjoyed a lot was the opportunity of being able to organize our teams and take ownership on a lot of technical aspects, and the fact that we are not just executing, but actually collaborating with our client.
