Spearheaded a multimillion-euro project, funded by an international group of investors. The goal was to create a new real-time bidding advertising platform from scratch in Berlin, Germany.- Defined and executed a comprehensive strategic plan for the startup, in synergy with the investors’ expectations. - Forecasted, administered, and balanced a seven-figure budget during the whole course of the project.- Built and coached a sales team of talented professionals in Berlin, which generated several million euro of turnover for the company.- Collaborated with an IT team based in Poland for the technical execution of the platform.- Drafted the technical roadmap for the company in cooperation with the CTO. - Conceptualized and established customer support and account management teams in Poland.

Planned, created and managed the Bulgarian branch of the advertising network Adcash, a multinational company, headquartered in Estonia.Attracted Adcash to invest in opening a Bulgarian branch.- Evaluated the needs of the mother company and executed a detailed research on the Bulgarian labour market and economic ecosystem.- Made an extensive planning and budgeting in the form of a detailed business plan and persuaded the shareholders of the mother company to approve it.- Defined and organized all processes regarding the company creation, such as: law procedures, budgeting, office establishment and recruitment of the employees, as well as all subsequent daily operational procedures.Planned and managed monthly budgets adding up to several million euro.- Effectively balanced expenses and allocated funds, ensuring the seamless operation of the branch.Recruited a team of 45+ highly-motivated web developers, software engineers, data scientists, project managers and sales specialists.- Led all recruitment activities for the branch and participated in hundreds of interviews with various profiles.- Administered and strengthened the team, which developed a big part of the company’s technological products.Created, trained and acted as a mentor to a small sales team.- Resolved the occurred issues with their clients and proposed optimizations and modifications to the running advertising activity.

Established and maintained a client portfolio consisting of hundreds of advertisers and publishers from all over the world. - Prospected and targeted potential clients and negotiated with them via email, LinkedIn, phone and face-to-face meetings. Represented the company on several trade shows in Europe.- Created, implemented and optimized numerous advertising campaigns in an in-house developed advertising platform. Monitored the performance of the campaigns on a daily basis and suggested changes for reaching the client’s KPIs and increasing their ROI.- Analysed the profitability of the biggest publishers and formulated strategies that increased their profitability with up to 100%.

I was responsible for the marketing of 7 casual browser games, developed by the company, and all specific partnerships and user acquisition activities related to them. My main achievements, while working in MondoGames are, as follows:- Contacted and discussed with around 1500 companies and websites worldwide regarding CPM, CPC, CPA, revenue-sharing and publishing deals for the games.- Finalized around 100 deals and managed the whole process of integration and promotion for the games on the partners’ websites.- Created and managed numerous advertising campaigns via Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and other various platforms in 30 countries and in 26 languages.- Specified the design and content for all banners, images and texts used for promotion of the games. - Played an important role in the specification of the revenue-sharing partnership system of MondoGames, according to the international standards and best practices of the gaming industry. Also, closely monitored and verified the progress of this project until its full completion.- Organized the whole MondoGames visit on GamesCom 2011 in Cologne and arranged 50 business meetings with major publishers and payment providers in the gaming sector. Attended and actively negotiated in 30 of those meetings.- Worked on optimizations regarding the social features, viral marketing, homepages, tutorials, user experience and monetization of the games.- Discovered new and better payment solutions to be integrated in the games for over 100 countries worldwide.- Specified new translation and support standards for the games.

During my last year in university I decided to create an IT company pushed by my deep passion for the segment and took a few friends on board. We’ve designed and developed several online stores plus a few corporate websites. Apart of this, the company was reselling hosting in the USA and also offering design and advertising services.I was acting as a project manager for all projects and actively communicated with the customers. On top of this, I also managed the advertising campaigns mainly via Google AdWords.

Accepted and resolved customer complaints, gave refunds, oversaw and managed a team of 5 people. Coordinated deliveries, repaired video and arcade games, collected all the money at the end of the day and transferred them to a secure safe.
