I was responsible for the marketing of 7 casual browser games, developed by the company, and all specific partnerships and user acquisition activities related to them. My main achievements, while working in MondoGames are, as follows:- Contacted and discussed with around 1500 companies and websites worldwide regarding CPM, CPC, CPA, revenue-sharing and publishing deals for the games.- Finalized around 100 deals and managed the whole process of integration and promotion for the games on the partners’ websites.- Created and managed numerous advertising campaigns via Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and other various platforms in 30 countries and in 26 languages.- Specified the design and content for all banners, images and texts used for promotion of the games. - Played an important role in the specification of the revenue-sharing partnership system of MondoGames, according to the international standards and best practices of the gaming industry. Also, closely monitored and verified the progress of this project until its full completion.- Organized the whole MondoGames visit on GamesCom 2011 in Cologne and arranged 50 business meetings with major publishers and payment providers in the gaming sector. Attended and actively negotiated in 30 of those meetings.- Worked on optimizations regarding the social features, viral marketing, homepages, tutorials, user experience and monetization of the games.- Discovered new and better payment solutions to be integrated in the games for over 100 countries worldwide.- Specified new translation and support standards for the games.
